This is truly a challange that can change your life. The reason this challange was started is first and foremost to raise awareness about the real causes and real cures of obesity. Secondly, it's about changing your own life for the better. The reason behind why we're named Wake Up & Be Happy is simply because of the affects sugar has on your system. Eliminating sugar and processed foods from your diet actually has a liberating feeling and a proven postivie affect on your body and longevity of life. You'll wake up feeling happier! 

 

In America (and now around the world) people are consuming over 10 times the amount of sugar they should, either in the form of soft drinks or in processed foods. This is without a doubt the cause the obesity epidemic. 

 

So we're here to make a change, a change in your home, in your kitcken, in the lives of those around you who you love. Through awareness and education, unbiased, scientific knowledge we can bring change.

 

THE CHALLENGE

10 days of stripping your diet of sugar/processed foods. 

1. Drop the Pop

2. Kick processed foods

3. Kick fast food

 

At the end of the ten days see how much different you feel.

(Warning: If you currently consume excesive amounts of soda/pop you may experience withdrawal symptoms over the 10 day period. This is not just from caffiene but also, and more so, from sugar.)

 

However, if you continue to kick pop (and sugar all together) to the curb and consume more water you may experience the following: Happiness, decrease in appetite, better sleep, lower blood sugar, lower heart rate, better flavor in real foods.
